And on the third week, she fell of the wagon with three glasses of Pinot, seventeen potato chips and four salted caramels. I consumed them with my detox support group so it doesn’t really count, right? Seriously though. My indescrections paled in comparison to the pan of lasagna I fantasize about. And they tasted all the more sweeter because it was a special treat. Like a vacation after the worst week ever. I felt guilty, but not terribly. Then it was back to business with a day of juicing and nuts and seeds. It’s so much easier now that Suja raw organic juices are available at Whole Foods (looks like the locations haven’t been updated). Juicing at home will always be freshest, but it’s also incredibly messy and time-consuming. These are cold-pressed beauties are perfect in a pinch or if you are serious about doing a 3 or 5 day cleanse. I like every flavor but Glow is, unsurprisingly, my favorite.
Have a healthy week!

Hello lovelies! I'm Elizabeth Dehn, a beauty writer + lifestyle editor who's equally fanatical about lip gloss as juice cleansing. I live in Minneapolis with Mr. Bets and our white lab, Molly Thomas . . .

Thank you for mentioning this! I’ve been wanting to try some juices but don’t have the time, or the equipment to make my own right now. I picked up a few at WF and anxious to try them out.
Love your realness :) It happens to us all! I can’t wait to try Suja – what Whole Foods did you find them at in MN? Thanks!
Thank you so much, Blair! I found Suja at the Minneapolis Whole Foods but have heard from readers that they’re available at other locations, too! I would just call your local store. Hope you love it!
[...] Our discovery of our new fave juices wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Beauty Bets. (Thanks [...]
I SO want to do a Suja cleanse – you should do a giveaway! :) The few I’ve tried have been delicious…
