It may be September but I’ve still got a bumper crop of mint in the garden. There are only so many mint juleps a girl can (or rather, should) consume, so I’m trading them in for this herby, hydrating, naturally detoxifying concoction from Kimberly Snyder, the mastermind behind my life-changing morning ritual, the Glowing Green Smoothie. This tea is also high in antioxidants and flavonoids, so it promotes glowing skin while preventing premature aging. Bon appetit, beauties.
Iced Rooibos Mint Tea

One lemon, sliced
Handful fresh mint leaves
Stevia to taste
1 gallon of boiling water
