Spoiler alert: I haven’t seen SATC2 yet. No fancy pre-screenings for me this year—I’m going over the weekend with my husband, who’s man enough to appreciate a good chick flick. Even if you don’t give a hoot about this blessedly indulgent cinematic circus, let’s take a moment to appreciate the beauty products that were used on set. I mean, how else do you think a cast of 40- and 50-somethings manages to look like this?!
Carrie’s lacquered pout is courtesy of this lipstick-meets-gloss that comes in some summery nude shades.
Samantha’s firmed and toned and oft-exposed skin? This $185 body cream containing a Nobel Prize-winning, patented anti-aging formula.
Miranda gets her rosy glow from this sheer liquid blush that plumps and illuminates. I really want it.
Even Big has a secret weapon in this cooling and de-puffing facial gel, which smells like oranges and may mysteriously wind up on my side of the medicine cabinet.
And Charlotte, who always looks so perky and fresh, gets that innocent flush from theBalm Stainiac—a cherry-red liquid tint for lips and cheeks. I’m giving one away today, but you have to answer *that* question. You know: Are you a Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, or Samantha?
GOOD NEWS: Suze Garcia won the Stainiac
BAD NEWS: I was thoroughly disappointed by this movie. Dang! So little chemistry—it all felt superficial and bizarre. Am I the only one?

Hmmm…this quiz I took for fun mentioned that I am Carrie, but all of my friends tell me I am Samantha? I think each SATC character represents a different part of every women’s life? Whatever character I may be, I will always be into fashion and beauty, which is why I love this blog! No, really!
I would have to say, I’m currently a Carrie. I’ve found love with a great man and I’m happy with where I am. I had a Samantha phase a few years ago…. love ‘em and leave ‘em! Now, I am glad to say, I have settled down, but maintained what makes me, ME, just like Carrie…at least, that’s my opinion until I see the second movie…since Aidan is back, who knows what will happen??
I’m a Charlotte, but without the intense need to get married. I’m a total romantic and always try to be super sweet to the point where I can be a bit naive at times. And I believe in true love and all that Charlotte-y jazz. Plus, I love her style… it’s a mix of sweet Upper Eastside elegance and sassy style. Kind of like Blair from Gossip Girl.
Hmmm, which gal am I? While I do feel I have a little bit of all of them, blended together, overall, I think I am most like Carrie. Like her, I am a writer (but I’m also an editor). I have a love for fashion, and while Carrie’s obsession was shoes, mine is geeky, plastic glasses. I also *love* lip gloss. I always need a new one(It’s shimmery! It’s a stain! It has SPF 15! It’s rose scented! It’s organic!), even though I have 200 at home. :) Thanks for the chance to win!
All of the above, changes depending on the day and/or situation.
I am a mixture of Carrie, and Charlotte. I want to look as good as these women, pick me! pick me! LOL!
I’m totally a Miranda. She’s always been my favourite.

I’m a Miranda/Carrie blend: probably work too much, am stubborn in my ways, but I’m free-spirited and a lot more warm & fuzzy than Miranda is.
I’d have to say Miranda, with a little helping of the rest thrown in for spice.
I am a Carrie for the most part, but I have seen them all in me at one time or another!
Most definitely a Carrie. Fiercely loyal and just a little bit quirky but my heart belongs to fashion and my husband.
miranda, for sure
I’m a Charlotte – a classic, traditional gal with a very preppy, pretty style. I DIED when I saw how gorgeous her wedding to Trey was, and her perfectly imperfect relationship with Harry brought me such happy tears. The engagement at the synagogue singles night? CRIED!! I’m a Charlotte!!!!
Charlotte, more so than the others but they are all fabulous!
Total Charlotte, loving the domestic bliss!
I guess I have multiple personalities…They can all come out.
charlotte mixed with carrie. is that possible? it is.
@Emily – totally possible! That prob best describes me, too.
@Stacy – I am impressed if you are a Samantha! She’s my fave character. SATC2 would have fallen completely on its face without her. And still, it was a total let down. Was anyone else MORTIFIED by that karaoke scene?
