I’ve become obsessed with making smoothies to fulfill my fruit-per-day (frozen berries, yogurt, OJ, flaxseed, banana – yum!). Now I add a handfull of spinach to the mix – it dulls the color, but doesn’t change the taste and I feel SO healthy after I drink it.

Sounds interested but I have been turned onto another all natural health and beauty drink I adore. Snapdragon by Votre Vu. I feel fabulous when I am drinking it daily. They even have a competitor to 5-hour energy but it is all natural with no caffeine or added sugar. I’ll have to share it with you.
