The cream-to-powder finish leaves my eye lids color-corrected and ready for eye shadow. The best part is that my shadow stays in place all day—no sliding around or reapplying here. Korres Face Primer
I was initially a very skeptical primer customer. Why did I need to add another step to my makeup routine? But I am sold on Korres. I use it with my moisturizer to control redness and shine throughout the day. My combination skin can now be kept a secret! It also creates a barrier from the elements this time of year—my face feels a little more protected. $28 at sephora.com

MAC Select Moisturecover
Concealer in a tube, just like lipgloss—are you sensing a trend? I love this product. It makes applying concealer fast and easy because it goes right where I want it. It brightens my under-eyes and hides any pesky blemishes. Dare I say that sometimes I even skip foundation when I use this! $16.50 at maccosmetics.com
