Dear Beauty Bets readers,
After an inexcusable but unavoidable two-month hiatus from bringing you my favorite products, treatments, and generally unnecessary but undoubtedly life-enhancing beauty finds, I thought that my re-entry into the blogosphere should be marked by something more intriguing than, say, hand cream (if you must know, I buy Aveda Hand Relief by the case). And so I give you . . . .
Hand soap.
As in, soap in the shape of fleshy, chubby hands that can wave to you from the bathroom sink. Creepy? Yes. And yet I can’t look away. I find myself wanting, NEEDING this soap. Because it’s so real. And so weird. Like Lady Gaga in her high-cut leotards. And those arms that were protruding from her piano at the Grammys last night. Raise your hand if you agree.

OMG! Just yesterday I was saying to my husband: “I really wish I had some baby hands made of soap. That would give washing up the creep factor I’ve been missing!”
