I am currently obsessed with all things ginger. Is anyone else? I assume it’s like cilantro or Seinfeld—you either love it or hate it. I adore the exotic, energizing spiciness. It just tastes and smells like something that’s good for you. And, technically, it is. Ginger has been used as a natural remedy for nausea and motion sickness for centuries. Recent studies show its ability to reduce inflammation, treat cold and flues, and even relive migraines.
