What’s Your Favorite Fall Fragrance?

Mine just might be Leila Lou, a sweet little scent that one of my favorite boutiques just started carrying. It’s made with 100 percent essential oils, comes in an old-fashiony rollerball, and I can’t stop smelling it. I think because it juxtaposes notes that aren’t typically combined: nectarine, fresh-cut grass, and jasmine. The effect is refreshing but intoxicating. Case in point: The first time I wore it, the hipster girl at my neighborhood café stopped me mid-order and politely demanded I tell her what perfume I was wearing. Is there a better affirmation that you’ve hit the fragrance jackpot? The only other time I get that reaction is with John Varvatos, my perennial favorite. So, what fall scent makes you swoon?
